Your regular dose of pseudosecularism

  1. Indian Muslim Alert Network removes malicious propaganda

South Asian Bleeding Hearts Association is pleased to inform you that Indian Muslim Alert Network has quietly removed the page containing propaganda about the Godhra train carnage. In our last edition, we reported that the website of IMAN still used a copy of the infamous chain mail carrying a fictional account of the sequence of events leading to the firebombing despite the fact that it had been verified to be a piece of fiction.

Is the removal of this page a coincidence? We think not. The webpage was around for more than a year even though journalists exposed it as a piece of propaganda more than two years ago. The removal came only after we published this fact here.

We have a copy of that page with us, and the offending webpage can still be viewed at archive.org.

  2. CPI calls for forced labor

A delegation of the Communist Party of India that visited China called for "Chinese style liberalization" to be adopted in India. China uses a system known as laogai or 'reform through labor.' 'Internal enemies of the state' are forced into labor camps and prisons where they are forced into slaving for cronies of political leaders who own manufacturing firms.

Laogai Research Foundation documents the atrocities of this system. It appears that the Chinese system also involves stealing kidneys and other organs from the 'enemies of the state.'

Between July 20, 1999 and July 1, 2004, at least 1,000 Falun Gong practitioners were tortured to death in China. These practitioners, 52 percent of whom were female, had an average age of 44 years. A recent report alleges that organs from some of these dead Falun Gong practitioners had been removed. This is a clear violation of human rights!
Citizens of Communist China are known for trafficking in organs of various animals including those of endangered species like tiger and rhinoceros. Many people in the Communist country believe in quack medicines and are responsible for making these species endangered.

  3. Author on Tehelka is a known plagiarizer

It turns out that the radical Left sensationalist publication, Tehelka uses the services of failed journalists and known plagiarizers. The sensationalist publication that has been accused of manufacturing scandals lists Batuk Vora as one of the contributors.

A few years ago, alert readers at the community website Sulekha caught him out and humiliated him when he copy-pasted entire sentences from other publications. The website states:

All the articles of Mr. Vora have been removed from Sulekha following complaints, subsequently verified, that he used material from other writers and publications without acknowledgement or indication that the material was not original.
He also states that he joined the labour and peasant movement in 1949.

  4. Why do those with injured legs find it difficult to run?

The latest issue that puzzles leading intellectuals is why people whose legs are burnt find it difficult to walk or run. Calcutta's Telegraph reports:
But asked about the pattern of injuries, he fumbled for an answer and could not convincingly say as to why most of the survivors had suffered injuries above the waist.

    Ayhan pulls out of Olympics

European women's 1500m champion, Sureyya Ayhan of Turkey, has pulled out of the Athens Olympics due to injury.
We wonder why athletes who have not pulled out of the Olympic Games are not injured, but all those who are injured have pulled out of the games. This is very strange. Surely, this must be a conspiracy. The injured athletes must have broken their own legs!

  5. Ugandan Mufti explains Religion of Peace
THE Mufti of Uganda, Sheik Shaban Mubajje, has said Islam discourages terrorism.
"Islam is a religion of peace, mercy and love as stated in the Koran," he said.
Meanwhile, a member of a particular community detonated explosives at the northern edge of Jerusalem killing civilians.
